Duties:
- Doing renovation work as required by the business
- Organizing the constructions materials
- Listing the required materials and report it to the Maintenance Manager
- Keeping the stock ready to a standard level to meet any urgent call from the rented properties
- Complying with the Government regulations and standard while doing the building work
Skills/Experience/Qualifications: Minimum 2 years’ experience required.
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £30,960.00
